We recently had Jeffrey do some work for us with our computer. He is very professional, on time, very patient, helpful and in the words of Tina Turner...."simply the best". Jeff is simply more competent and caring than any other tech I've dealt with. You don't need to be a tech-savvy yourself to know when someone is going the extra mile for you, as he does. He's saved me more money than he's charged. Someone of lesser character would have done less, charged more, and been less interested in answering my many questions, The reality that he does not need a shop (and the overhead pressure to generate cash flow just to service it) is something I've not seen anyone else able to do.

I contacted Jeffrey regarding some issues I was experiencing with my laptop. I ended up purchasing a new laptop - a purchase which Jeffrey helped me select.
